Pricing · one product, one price

One price.
The whole product.

£79 per location, per month. The same product for the first shop and the hundredth. The arithmetic is on this page, not in a sales call.

List price

GBP

£79

per location / month

£948 per location / year

  • Billed monthly. No annual lock-in.
  • No hardware, install or on-site upkeep.
  • No commission billed today.

The arithmetic

Price math, before anything else.

A location is one trading site with its own catalogue context and QR codes. The list price does not change with seats, codes or the number of questions.

The equation

£79 × locations × 12

= £948 per location, per year.

Per location

One trading site with its own catalogue context and QR codes. Not per seat, per code or per question.

No setup fee

For a supported POS. Custom integration engineering is scoped and agreed separately, before it starts.

No commission

The subscription is the only fee. Attribution is measured so both sides can audit the match.

Ways in

Three contexts, one product.

The price is the same. What changes is how much rollout help and integration scoping you need. Nothing in the agent, QR manager, transcripts or attribution is held back to make a tier look bigger.

One site · owner-operator

Independent shop

£79/ location / month

£948 per location / year · Subscription only

You run one shop and want the assistant answering on the floor without a procurement project. The price is on the page, not behind a call.

  • A supported POS connection
  • One QR kit for the aisles you choose
  • A first-week transcript review with us

Roughly 2–20 sites · operations lead

Small chain

£79/ location / month

£948 per location / year · Same per-location price

You have a handful of stores and someone accountable for how they trade. We sequence the rollout rather than switch everything on at once.

  • Per-location billing and store setup
  • A rollout sequence agreed in the order form
  • The same product in every store

20+ sites · custom POS or review

Estate or unusual stack

£79/ location / month

£948 per location / year · Plus scoped engineering

You need a provider that is not on the list, a security review before a rollout, or an estate rollout. The subscription stays the list price; integration engineering is scoped separately.

  • A written scope before work starts
  • DPA and security questionnaire
  • Start with one store, then decide

The independent tier does not require a pricing call. If you want one location, tell us that and we will scope the setup. Multi-site and custom integration work is agreed in writing before it starts.

What is included

The subscription is the product.

No feature gating of the things that make the agent useful. Custom integration engineering is the one thing scoped separately.

In the subscription

  • AI sales agent on the shopper's phone — voice and text
  • Grounded answers from your live catalogue
  • QR manager with custom colours, logo, caption and aisle naming
  • SVG and PNG downloads, plus enable / disable per code
  • Per-code usage: scans, sessions, questions, answers, handoffs
  • Conversation transcripts with QR and aisle context
  • Till attribution — deterministic and modelled, clearly labelled
  • Store dashboard, catalogue and agent settings in Sage
  • POS integration for supported providers
  • No app for shoppers, no hardware in store

Not in the subscription

  • Payments on the shopper's phone. Transactions stay with your POS.
  • A replacement for store staff. The agent routes the moments that matter to people.
  • Custom integration engineering. New adapters are scoped and agreed separately.
  • Commission on attributed sales. The subscription is the only fee.

Attribution is a match, not a revenue line.

Exact matches are exact. Modelled matches are labelled modelled. The subscription is the only fee, so attribution is reported for the merchant to audit rather than to calculate a commission.

Onboarding

What getting live actually involves.

No hardware to receive, no installer to book. The work is catalogue access, handover rules and a first week of real questions.

01Before

Pick one location

Choose the store and the aisles. A supported POS is the fastest route; a beta adapter is tested before it goes near a shopper.

02Setup

Grant catalogue access

Connect the provider and agree what the agent may answer. We do not need card data or a payment integration.

03First days

Place the codes

Print the QR cards for the shelf, display or counter. The code opens in the shopper’s browser; nothing downloads.

04First week

Read the record

Review transcripts and handoffs with us. Tune the answers, then decide whether to add another location.

What we need from you

  • Catalogue access through a supported provider, or an agreed feed.
  • Handover rules: when the agent should call a person.
  • Brand assets for the QR card, if you want them.

What you do not need

  • Tablets, kiosks, mounts or cabling.
  • An app for shoppers or a card-payment integration.
  • An on-site installation or a hardware maintenance contract.

For a supported provider, same-day go-live is the aim once catalogue access and handover rules are in place. Beta providers and custom adapters take longer; we confirm the sequence in writing before the rollout starts.

Model it

What the fee has to beat.

The calculator uses your wage, your minutes and your question volume. It is a model for a conversation, not a forecast.

Illustrative model

Not a forecast

Put your own numbers in.

The defaults are assumptions, not benchmarks. Change them to match your store.

National Living Wage is £12.71/hr from April 2026. Add employer costs if you carry them.

Defaults to £0. Only add a figure you can defend from your own basket data; Salewise does not claim a sales uplift.

Annual subscription: £4,740.00 (£948.00 per location).

With staff time alone, 29 questions per week per location cover the fee. At these inputs, each £1 of subscription is modelled against £4.2 of value.

This is an illustrative calculation using the numbers above — not a forecast, guarantee or quote. Salewise does not claim that every store recovers the fee.

Questions

Pricing, in public.

The questions that usually arrive before the order form.

If the answer here is vague, ask us to write the specific version.

We would rather answer a pricing question in public than hold it for a call.

How is the price calculated?

£79 per location per month, or £948 per location per year. A location is one trading site with its own catalogue context and QR codes.

Is there an annual commitment?

No annual lock-in. The subscription is monthly; the order form sets the billing and notice terms.

What is included?

The agent, catalogue grounding, unlimited QR design and download within the store, per-code usage, transcripts, attribution, the Sage console and support during onboarding. Custom integration engineering is scoped separately.

Do QR codes cost extra?

No. QR codes are part of the subscription: create them in Sage, style them with your colours and logo, name them by aisle, enable or disable them, and download SVG or PNG.

Does the price include payments?

There are no payments. Salewise does not process card transactions; shoppers pay at your existing till, so there is no additional payment processing line.

What about commission?

None. The subscription is the only fee. Attribution is reported so a merchant can audit the match between a conversation and a sale, not to calculate a commission.

Do you offer multi-location pricing?

Yes. The list price is per location. For estates and rollouts, tell us the number of sites and we will agree terms in the order form.

The alternative

A hardware decision is a procurement project.

The comparison is not another subscription. It is a unit cost, an install and a maintenance line.
