Same day

first code live

Once catalogue access and handover rules are in place.

Same-day go-live applies to a supported provider once catalogue access and handover rules are in place. Every price, stock line and policy is rendered from your records.

01 — The gap

The highest-intent moment in the store is the least staffed.

Peak-hour product questions compete with checkout, restocking and complaint handling. The answer usually exists; the conversation is what goes missing.

The gap

A shopper with a question should not have to wait for a free associate.

The catalogue holds the facts. The shop floor holds the demand. Salewise puts the two together on the phone the shopper is already holding.

01

The gap

Questions arrive at the worst moment

Product questions, comparisons and bundles compete with checkout, restocking and complaint handling.

02

The gap

The answer is already in the catalogue

Price, stock, variants and policy exist in the merchant's systems. The gap is the conversation in between.

03

The gap

The shopper already has the screen

A QR code is the only thing the store has to add. No kiosk, mount or app download gets in the way.

The pivot

The phone already in the shopper's hand is the only hardware the store needs.

02 — The loop

Scan. Ask. Compare. Pay at the till.

Four steps on the shopper's own phone. No download, no account, no new checkout.

They describe the need in plain language — budget, use case, constraints — by voice or text.

  3. 03

03 — The product

A sales assistant, not a search box.

Voice, language, aisle context, grounding, checkout and the demand data afterwards — the jobs that decide the basket.

01

The catalogue answers. The model only phrases.

Retrieval happens before generation. The model chooses from a candidate set; the server renders every price, stock line and variant. If the answer is not in the catalogue, the agent says so.

29 languages. One shelf.

English to Arabic, with right-to-left layout. The platform supports 29, and the demo exposes all of them.

Placement

04

Aisle-aware by default

Every QR code is named by its placement, so demand data arrives tagged with the aisle that started it.

Checkout

05

Pay at your till

No new checkout, no card data, no payment rail. The phone assists; the sale stays in your POS.

Rollout

06

Live the same day

No hardware to order or mount. Once catalogue access is granted, the first code can go live the same day.

Demand data

07

Every question, by aisle

Scans, questions, answers, handoffs and transcripts are recorded in Sage, per store and per code.

04 — Grounding

Grounded by construction.

The catalogue is the source of truth. Retrieval happens before generation, and the server renders every price and stock line.

01

Retrieval first

The server retrieves candidate products from the merchant's catalogue before the model is asked anything. The model never searches the open web.

02

The model selects. The server renders.

Prices, stock, variants and offers are rendered server-side from catalogue records. A number in the model's prose is never the source of truth.

03

IDs are validated

Every product the model selects must exist in the retrieved candidate set. Invalid IDs are discarded before the answer reaches the shopper.

04

Honest refusal

If the catalogue does not contain an answer, the agent says so and offers a handover. If the model is unavailable, the assistant says it cannot answer and the shopper can try again or ask a colleague.

How grounding works

Grounding reduces invention; it does not remove the need for merchant review and handover rules.

06 — Pricing

One line in the budget. Nothing on the balance sheet.

The defaults are assumptions, not benchmarks. Change them to match your store.

Defaults to £0. Only add a figure you can defend from your own basket data; Salewise does not claim a sales uplift.

Annual subscription: £4,740.00 (£948.00 per location).

With staff time alone, 29 questions per week per location cover the fee. At these inputs, each £1 of subscription is modelled against £4.2 of value.

This is an illustrative calculation using the numbers above — not a forecast, guarantee or quote. Salewise does not claim that every store recovers the fee.

07 — Fit

Honest edges, on purpose.

Salewise is a sales assistant, not a checkout, a chatbot or a replacement for your team. If that is not the shape you need, we will say so.

A good fit if

  • You have a live catalogue and a POS or scoped feed we can read.
  • Your shoppers ask considered questions in the aisle.
  • You want the sale to stay at your existing till.
  • You can review transcripts and set handover rules.

Not the product for

  • Replacing the till or taking card payments on the shopper's phone.
  • Replacing store staff. The agent routes the moments that matter to people.
  • Custom integration engineering out of the box. New adapters are scoped separately.
  • Regulated clinical, legal or financial advice. Those conversations go to a qualified person.
  • Commission-based selling. The subscription is the only fee.

Start with an account, then connect your catalogue. If you would rather scope the rollout first, the team is on the contact page.
